kianga :: a burst of light

I'm ignoring Martin for a moment to say this-

People should only be inside when it is absolutely necessary. It is sunny and 75 and there is no legitimate reason for anyone watch this (or not watch it) from the other side of walls and ceilings. And how can professors have the nerve to make us sit inside classrooms when the world is like this? I dread the day when I will sit in an office and watch this beauty happen outside while the "necessity" of my computer screen or my fax machine is keeping me sheltered away. With all the emphasis on "green", should we not be making efforts to reconnect our souls with creation? Why do our advances in green technology and products and architecture not encompass ways to help us conduct more of our lives outside? 

We need a CAD lab out here, stat.
